  • Commissions are paid monthly — there is no minimum payout threshold.
  • Payments are sent via PayPal, and Coco Love covers all PayPal processing fees.

What Counts as a Verified Sale

  • A completed, paid order placed through your unique promo code or tracked link.
  • Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back orders do not count as verified sales.
  • Refunds and chargebacks on previously paid sales are deducted from future payouts.

FTC Disclosure

  • Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Coco Love on every promotional post.
  • Use clear tags such as #Ad, #Sponsored, or #CocoLovePartner in line with FTC guidelines.
  • Disclosures must be visible and not hidden within long caption text or behind 'more' links.

Health & Product Claims

  • Coco Love Water is 100% coconut water — hydrating, refreshing, with no preservatives or added sugar.
  • Ambassadors may not make medical, disease-treatment, weight-loss, or other unsubstantiated health claims.
  • Keep messaging focused on hydration, taste, lifestyle, and wellness — never cures or guaranteed results.

Exclusivity

  • While in the program, ambassadors may not promote competing coconut water brands.
  • This keeps your audience clear on who you represent and protects the Coco Love community.

Content Oversight

  • Coco Love may request edits to, or removal of, content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or off-brand.
  • We may reshare your approved content across Coco Love channels and paid ads on Meta and TikTok only.

Brand Asset Usage

  • Coco Love trademarks, logos, and marketing assets remain the property of Coco Love Water.
  • Brand assets may only be used in connection with the ambassador program and approved promotions.

Program Management & Termination

  • Coco Love reserves the right to suspend or remove ambassadors at its discretion.
  • Grounds include inactivity, failing to meet requirements, violating guidelines, or making inappropriate claims.

Usage Rights Notice

By joining the program, ambassadors grant Coco Love the right to use their name, image, video, voice, likeness, and submitted content for paid advertising on Meta and TikTok only. Your content will not be used for paid advertising on any other platform.

Coco Love Ambassador Agreement

1. Ambassador Role

You agree to serve as an official Coco Love Water brand ambassador (influencer). As an ambassador you will authentically promote Coco Love Water products to your audience, create content, and share your assigned promo code or tracked link in good faith.

2. Grant of Likeness & Content Rights

You grant Coco Love Water a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and display your name, image, photograph, video, voice, likeness, and any content you submit or publish in connection with this program — including for paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok only. Your content and likeness will not be used for paid advertising on any other platform without your additional consent.

3. Commission & Payment

You will earn 5% of the total sale on every verified order placed using your unique promo code or tracked link. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal with no minimum payout threshold, and Coco Love covers PayPal processing fees. Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or charged-back orders are not verified sales and may be deducted from future payouts.

4. Content & FTC Disclosure

You agree to create at least 2 pieces of content per month and to clearly disclose your relationship with Coco Love on every promotional post (e.g. #Ad, #Sponsored, #CocoLovePartner) in line with FTC guidelines. You will not make medical, disease-treatment, weight-loss, or other unsubstantiated health claims.

5. Exclusivity

While participating in this program, you agree not to promote competing coconut water brands.

6. Brand Assets & Term

All Coco Love trademarks, logos, and marketing assets remain the property of Coco Love Water and may only be used in connection with this program. Either party may end this relationship at any time; the likeness license for content already published or in active ad campaigns survives termination for the duration of those campaigns. Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance.
